Real Estate Contract Specialist

We are looking for a Real Estate Contract Specialist to whom we will entrust the management and care of the contract portfolio related to the properties that host stores; in particular, they will take care of renewals and/or contractual variations, in accordance with budget plans agreed upon with the Development Manager. We are looking for a profile with excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and relational skills. Specifically, the resource will be responsible for: · managing the relationship with property owners regarding existing lease contracts by scheduling meetings with them (usually on-site); · verifying and monitoring the expiration dates of lease contracts that need to be renewed; · negotiating with property owners to obtain a reduction in rent near contract expiration; · intervening with property owners to resolve any problems that have emerged since the initial signing of the contract. The ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics: · preferred degree in law and/or economics or equivalent; · preferred experience in the GDO sector or in real estate or within civil law studies; · availability for travel throughout the national territory with high frequency; · proactivity and good organization.
