Additionally, we are exclusive partners for the sales of two premium residential projects in Iași.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying opportunities for transactions for clients.
• Updating and organizing a database with properties and contacts.
• Participating in viewings and presenting suitable solutions to clients.
• SUPPORTING the negotiation and signing of contracts process.
• Collaborating with the team for presentation materials and promotion.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, real estate brokerage or B2B relationships (advantage).
• Motivation for learning and development in the real estate field.
• Clear communication and negotiation skills with confidence.
• Organization, proactivity, and orientation towards results.
