Real Estate Cold Caller (Mexico)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Cold Caller, currently based in Latin America, to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and setting appointments for our sales professionals. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and contribute to our sales pipeline. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center sales environment A minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word Familiarity with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management) Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Requirements: - Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, or other means to introduce our products/services and set appointments for our sales professionals. - Generate leads and contribute to our sales pipeline by identifying potential clients and setting appointments. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients in our CRM system. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to conversion.
