Real Estate Asset Manager

A Global Talent, recruitment and career management consultancy, specialized in real estate and infrastructure markets, is confidentially advising a Real Estate Asset Manager, responsible for executing the portfolio's strategy and operation, with a focus on Curitiba - PR.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and implement strategies for managing the real estate portfolio aligned with the business plan of shareholders;
• Evaluate and execute operations of acquisition, sale or alienation of assets, conducting negotiation processes;
• Structure land use policy to the scope of the land bank for assets;
• Ensure operational and financial performance of the portfolio, monitoring KPIs such as profitability and operational cost;
• Analyze asset financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans to maximize returns on these assets;
• Evaluate investments and risks;
• Prepare and present performance reports to shareholders.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Administration, Economics, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields;
• Masters degree will be a plus;
• Solid experience of 5 years in the real estate sector;
• Solid experience in valuation and negotiation of assets;
• Able to analyze asset financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans to maximize returns on these assets;
• Able to analyze investments and risks;
• Advanced knowledge of real estate documentation and regulation, as well as contract negotiation;
