Thanks to our growth, we are looking for a Sales & Listings Agent to join the amazing Dils Lucas Fox team in Maresme (focused at Badalona area). Dils Lucas Fox is an international real estate company with a strong heritage and presence across Europe. With roots in Italy and Spain, and operations in countries such as the Netherlands and Portugal — and continuing to expand — we bring together deep market knowledge, innovative thinking, and broad expertise across Living & Residential, Offices, Retail, and other sectors. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include: • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the real estate market; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners; • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction; • Staying up-to-date with market trends and developments; • Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets; • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual who is passionate about real estate and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
