Adecco For our client, a well-established real estate agency in Geneva, composed of around ten employees, we are looking for their future Real Estate Accountant. In this key role, you will integrate into a human-sized structure, benefiting from a convivial company culture and well-honed processes, where individual expertise is valued daily. Responsibilities In close collaboration with the management teams, your mission will be to ensure the complete management of real estate accounting, including: - Maintaining the accounts of buildings (management, co-ownership, property companies, and common accounts) until settlement - Processing and controlling heating and accessory charges - Managing invoices: entry, allocation, payments - Tracking client availability according to scheduled deadlines - Periodic and settlement pointage - Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports - Following up on contentious issues and controlling open posts - Processing accounting procedures in case of takeover or loss of mandates - Monthly bank reconciliation - Accounting relationship with clients: owners, co-owners, tenants Profile - CFC employee of commerce, completed by 4 to 5 years of experience in real estate accounting - Solid experience in a real estate agency in the Swiss Romande region - Mastery of the Quorum software (essential) - Very good mastery of the MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.) - Excellent organizational, autonomous, and rigorous skills - Team spirit, customer service sense, and excellent relational skills - Knowledge of rental law and RUL is an asset - Valid work permit or Swiss nationality Benefits - You will join a human-sized agency, stable, and respectful of its employees - You will evolve in a professional and benevolent environment - You will be autonomous in your position, while benefiting from a solid team spirit - Your accounting expertise will be recognized and valued Contact Information Don't hesitate to send us your application, it will be treated with confidentiality!
