As a Reading Private Tutoring Jobs, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tutoring services to students. Your main responsibilities will be to: • Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in a private setting. • Develop and implement personalized lesson plans to meet the needs of each student. • Monitor student progress and adjust lesson plans as needed. • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress. • Participate in ongoing professional development to improve teaching skills and stay current with best practices. • Collaborate with other tutors and staff members to share knowledge and best practices. • Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to promote the tutoring services. • Other duties as assigned by the company. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in teaching or tutoring. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Ability to use technology to facilitate communication and instruction. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. • Ability to travel to students' locations, if necessary.
