Reach Truck Driver

Our client is a food manufacturer supplying the biggest national supermarket, food manufacturer and restaurant chains in the UK. They are currently looking for a Reach Truck Operative to join them on a temp to perm basis on a rotating shift pattern 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities of the Reach Truck Driver:

• Follow all health and safety and food safety protocol within the Warehouse, reporting any issues to Management
• Operate the forklift reach truck to load, unload, relocate, prepare inbound and outbound stock to distribute in the warehouse/production areas and for deliveries.
• Assist in yard duties as required to maintain the highest standards of food safety and health and safety within the warehouse and yard.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve production and distribution KPIs
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements of the Reach Truck Driver:

• Must have valid in date, accredited Reach Forklift Truck licence
• Must have previous experience and be able to commit to rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm Monday- Friday.
• Reliable, trustworthy with a can-do attitude.
• Previous Warehouse/Production site experience.
