Reach Truck and Stock Picker Operator Team Members (Fixed Term until 16th Jan 2026)

Job Description Our Racking Team plays a crucial role in keeping our warehouse moving, literally lifting the load by ensuring stock is placed, stored, and moved safely and efficiently throughout the DC. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working at pace, operates with precision, and thrives in a team setting. It’s physical, hands-on work, and an MHE licence is a must. What you’ll be doing: Operating MHE (reach trucks, stock pickers, etc.) to place and retrieve stock Replenishing pick faces and replenishing stock levels to ensure efficient picking and packing processes. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and quality standards. Collaborating with the team to achieve daily targets and contributing to the overall success of the warehouse. What we’re looking for: A team player with a strong work ethic, able to work at pace and maintain a high level of accuracy. Ability to lift and move stock, and operate MHE safely and efficiently. Previous experience in a warehouse environment or operating MHE would be advantageous. What we offer: A fixed-term contract until 16th January 2026, with a competitive hourly rate.
