R&D Specialist (Engineer)

Position challenges As an R&D Specialist, you will play a key role in the development of new products, working closely with our HQ R&D team. Your responsibilities will include supporting drawing and structural design, performance testing, and collaborating with local suppliers. You will also be tasked with monitoring product development, preparing technical reports, and driving improvements within the production process. Key Responsibilities Support new product development from concept to launch, ensuring that all products meet customer requirements and are compliant with relevant regulations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test procedures. Conduct performance testing and analysis of new products, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Monitor product development progress, preparing regular reports and providing recommendations to improve the production process. Drive improvements within the production process by identifying and addressing inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices. Collaborate with local suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components and materials. Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
