Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives, and providing tailored R&D tax solutions to meet their needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth and development of the R&D team. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients. Contribute to the development of the R&D team, including mentoring and training junior team members.
