R&D Project Engineer (Agritech Innovation)

Agricola Moderna has developed a recognized brand by developing products that are better for the customer and the environment. Today, we are looking for an R&D Project Engineer to join our team. As an R&D Project Engineer at Agricola Moderna you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Your main responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing new projects and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals; • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement; • Designing and leading experiments and pilots to test new ideas and concepts; • Analyzing data and results from experiments and pilots to inform future project decisions; • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the company. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, agriculture, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in R&D project management or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously; • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
