R&D Product Specification Specialist (f/m/d) Place of work: Warsaw Technologies we use Expected SAP Microsoft Excel Optional Microsoft Power BI Your responsibilities Create & maintain accurate & consistent product specifications and bills of material within JTI's global SAP system in a timely manner according to specific instructions in order to ensure the procurement of the correct materials in the correct quantities and the subsequent manufacture fully conforming products. Adhere to, and maintain, high-quality standards for all product specifications and bills of material. Ensure that all product specifications and bills of material are accurate, complete, and consistent with JTI's global product portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product specifications and bills of material meet the requirements of various stakeholders. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of JTI's products, technologies, and business processes. Provide support to other departments as needed. Your skills and qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Familiarity with SAP system Knowledge of product development process Experience working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team
