R&D officer– Resin Binder System

Required Candidate profile:

B.Tech. in polymer science, M. Sc/B.Sc. in chemistry with a minimum of 1-5 year’s experience in the synthesis of R&D batches. To be innovative and inquisitive in the analysis of test data and have excellent soft skills.

Job description:

(1) Processing R & D batches as per the Project plan.

(2) Must be able to work independently on a given project task.

(3) Must have strong polymer chemistry/organic chemistry knowledge & able to drive the project.

(3) Ability to adopt new techniques.

(4) Strong soft skills to analyze & present the R&D data.

(5) Strong skill in searching the technical data for the project.

(6) Must be familiar with the basic instruments for R&D batch testing.

(7) Must be able to scale up the successful project from lab to pilot & pilot to plant scale.

(8) Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

(9) Coordination skills with depts for equipment calibration, new RM sourcing& performance tests in the QC lab.

(10) Must have a strong focus on KPI.
