R&D Head Location :Palakkad Qualification: MTech/ Msc Food Tech/Similar Experience:7+ years of experience in R&D of Bakery/Bread Industry Products Salary :As per Industry Job Role Developing new products, improving existing ones, and ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards. Job Responsibilities : * Develop new food products * Lead R&D projects, setting goals, managing timelines, budgets, and resources from ideation to commercial launch * Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Quality Assurance for successful product rollout. * Provide scientific guidance, conduct research on ingredients/processes, perform analytical testing, and resolve technical issues. * Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSMA, HACCP) and regulatory requirements, establishing specifications and testing procedures. * Maintain detailed records of R&D activities, technical plans, experimental data, and final product specifications. * Manage, mentor, and develop a team of food technologists and researchers, fostering innovation.
