R&D Engineer Medical Technology (m/w/d)

An esteemed customer, a leading company in the medical technology industry, is expanding its team and seeking an R&D Engineer (m/w/d) in the MedTech field.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of packaging and labeling concepts according to regulatory requirements
• Setup, testing, procurement, and qualification of prototypes, samples, tools, and equipment
• Support in risk analysis, standard and patent research, and ensuring relevant quality standards - including meticulous documentation within the QM system
• Tight collaboration with colleagues from the approval department on technical questions
• Documented validation of assembly and testing processes as well as accompanying the transition of new products and processes into series production

Your Profile

• Completed technical degree, technical training or comparable technical qualification
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
• Fundamental CAD knowledge (e.g. SolidWorks) and experience in drawing creation
• Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Outstanding team player with strong communication skills
