Key Responsibilities Vision & Strategy: Develop and execute the R&D strategy, aligning with business objectives and ensuring seamless integration with other departments. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful development of innovative gaming experiences. Game Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality games that meet market expectations. Innovation Incubator: Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies to stay ahead of the curve. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of R&D engineers, game designers, and other professionals to achieve project goals and objectives. Communication & Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executive leadership, product management, marketing, and external partners. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of R&D initiatives and projects. Budget Management: Oversee the R&D budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimal ROI.
