Job Description: We are seeking an R&D Chef who will be responsible for developing innovative recipes that meet our high standards of quality, taste, and nutritional value. The ideal candidate should have experience in culinary research and development, with a strong understanding of nutrition science and food safety regulations. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting sensory evaluations to assess the palatability and texture of new recipes. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop menus that meet customer needs and preferences. • Designing and testing new recipes using various cooking methods and ingredients. • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. • Developing and implementing processes for scaling up recipe development and production. The successful candidate will have: • A degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related field. • At least 3 years of experience in culinary research and development. • Strong understanding of nutrition science and food safety regulations. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.
