Job description
- You will receive an intensive 6 to 12 month onboarding based on your prior experiences.
- In your target function, you will lead a regional sales area with 6-8 PENNY stores including personnel responsibility for 50-70 employees along with their potential development and training in charge of.
- You are responsible for the overall economic success of your district measured by key performance indicators such as turnover, personnel costs, and inventory.
- Through the analysis, optimization, and control of all processes in your stores, you ensure a positive customer experience.
- Together with your team, you ensure the consistent implementation of company-wide goals and guidelines at the POS.
- In your role, you will function as an interface between your stores and central administration.
