We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Radiology Technologist to perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. Responsibilities: * Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and other radiological examinations, according to established protocols and physician orders. * Position patients correctly and ensure their safety and comfort during procedures. * Operate and maintain radiology equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety guidelines. * Prepare and administer contrast media as needed, following established protocols. * Evaluate images for technical quality and accuracy, and communicate findings to radiologists. * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. * Adhere to all safety regulations and infection control procedures. * Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with advancements in the field. Qualifications: * Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field. * Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). * State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Radiologic Technologist. * Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred. * Strong knowledge of radiographic anatomy, positioning, and techniques. * Ability to operate and maintain radiology equipment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. * Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
