Legal Advisor / Attorney in the Corporate Law Team (m/f)

Location: Poznań

Your responsibilities

• Preparation of all types of corporate documents for commercial law companies,
• Preparation of legal opinions and analyses in civil and commercial law,
• Conducting due diligence and participation in M&A projects,
• Corporate service for business entities and non-governmental organizations,
• Conducting the establishment and liquidation processes of business entities and non-governmental organizations,
• Preparation of applications and submission of corporate documents via PRS, RDF, S24 systems,
• Ongoing service and advice for the Law Firm's clients in various areas of economic law

Our requirements

• Good command of English: Knowledge of legal and business terminology will be an additional asset.
• Experience in commercial law: particularly in drafting corporate documents and preparing legal opinions and analyses.
• Readiness to take on challenges and desire to develop: in a dynamic team handling complex cases and serving international clients.
• Diligence: Precision and attention to detail in daily work will be highly appreciated by us.
• Communication skills: Ability to clearly convey information and collaborate with clients and the team.
• Excellent work organization: Ability to effectively manage time and priorities.
• Independence: Proactive approach and ability to work without constant supervision, readiness to attend meetings and video conferences with clients and participate in notarial activities
• Teamwork skills: in our Law Firm we act together, so cooperation with other departments will be one of your tasks.
