Entry Web Development (m/w/d)

We are a growth-oriented, technology-driven company with an office location in the heart of Münster. As an independent service provider, we enable our customers to register digital toll products easily and uncomplicatedly in European countries. Since our founding in 2019, our team has grown to 16 employees – pragmatically, product-focused, and open to new paths.

We are looking for people who have not taken the classical developer path, but want to professionally enter web development – practically, accompanied, and with modern AI support (Cursor, GitHub Copilot).

Tasks

Your tasks

• Participation in our existing Laravel web applications (PHP 8)
• Implementation of clearly defined features, improvements, and bug fixes
• Gradual integration into professional development processes
• Work with GitHub, pull requests, and structured code reviews
• Use of AI tools like Cursor and Copilot to understand, create, and improve code
• Tight collaboration with experienced developers who will guide you professionally
• In the long run: Taking over small responsibility areas

Qualification

What you should bring

• A non-classical background:

z. B. Autodidact, Bootcamp, training, IT-related job, study interrupted, hobby projects
• First practical experience with programming (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, Python or similar languages)
• Basic understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, APIs – theory is sufficient)
• Motivation to seriously and long-term learn web development
• Openness to AI-supported development instead of fear
• Initiative, willingness to learn, and the ability to ask questions

Important:

You don't have to be a pro. You don't need a degree.

The key is that you stay committed, want to learn, and are willing to take responsibility.
