Tasks

• You will holistically advise and support clients on topics of capital investments and funds

• You will assist clients in finding the right solution for their individual needs

• You will process client inquiries and also conclude each case independently

• You will support clients by phone or digitally (e.g., video call via Teams) NO field service

• As there are significantly more inquiries, sales are not necessary and not even desired! Nevertheless, you will advise and ultimately know that closing the deal is always the goal

Requirements

• You will be a good fit if you are interested in numbers, asset management, and funds, and have actually already dealt with these topics.

• It will not be a good fit if you would honestly have to admit, “Finances and insurance have always been handled by someone else in the family.”

• You are already trained or are willing to undergo further training financed by the company to become a Financial Investment Professional IHK according to § 34f GewO

• You have tact in dealing with the target group “Academics over 50” and are not easily flustered if someone knows better ;)

• It is important that you want to advise. That you care, can communicate well, and have an empathetic nature. You are integrous, humorous, and empathetic.

• You don't want to sell but want to find a “perfect match” in terms of investments for your clients (with the goal of closing the deal in mind) – keyword “financial empowerment of women”

• Ideally, you have an academic degree

Is advising and brokering your passion? Do you enjoy supporting people in managing and planning their finances optimally? In a personal conversation (via video call or in the office in Bonn), you will analyze the clients' financial situation. Based on this, you will provide recommendations for investments, retirement planning, and insurance. If you can convince the clients, you will help them on their way to closing the desired contracts.
