Social Media Recruiter (m/w/d) Minijob (part-time home office possible)

Tasks

As a Social Media Recruiter (m/w/d), you will support our team in targeting potential candidates through social networks.

You will work according to clear guidelines, with fixed processes and regular feedbacks.

Your main task is to schedule appointments for our consultants via various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, etc.)

Qualification

You do not need recruiting experience. What matters are other things:

• Very good self-organization (also in home office)
• A genuine interest in people, qualifications, and connections
• Reliability, dependability, and clear written communication
• Willingness to work according to clear rules and processes
• Learner's willingness and openness to feedback
• Safe handling of PC/Laptop and internet

Especially suitable, if you come from areas such as:

• Office / Administration / Assistance
• Customer service / Reception / Coordination
• Sector with organizational responsibility
