• Easy Working Hours 10 AM to 4 PM and you can start from 8 AM, or stay until 8 PM to leave earlier on Friday, and/or not come at all on Monday ;-)?

• Remote Work'n is always possible with the same work performance. Just deliver reliably, and then feel free to log in and make calls from Portugal, Cape Town, Tallinn, Paris, or other co-working spaces around the world.

• Intensive Onboarding (First week: Listen + learn. Second week: Make the first calls with your own knowledge and individually created scripts. Third week: Learn more intensely with Academy Onboarding. Fourth week: Have pocketed a bonus. Fifth week: Already worked remotely.)

• Single office or shared office: You can decide what suits your work comfort. Long-term: Looking for people who enjoy calling in a community, because you high-five, joke around, and simply connect with each other...
  (In the beginning, I can completely understand the desire for concentration and working alone)

PS: There are no complaint or sales calls for you. The former are the boss's responsibility (i.e., my job) and the latter are the closer's job. If you want to become one, you have the opportunity to grow at any time.

... and no. You don't have to have been an actor. You don't have to have a crazy imagination and you don't necessarily have to have worked in sales. Your tasks are always clearly defined, and there is always only the next step to agree on, and if the customer wants to break out, there is a plan B, which is also clear :-)
