Entry-Level Representative - Full-time (m/w/d)

We are looking for new employees (m/w/d) in the customer advisory department, who will support us in maintaining contact with our interested parties, qualifying potential customers and advising them strategically about their professional goals around the tax consultant exam.

No experience in taxation? Entry-level representative?

You'll learn everything you need to do your job during the onboarding process. Prior knowledge of customer service is not necessary. Also, no knowledge of tax law is required.

Aufgaben

Aufgabenbereiche:

• The support of our strategy consultants in their operational activities
• The telephone preparation and consultation of our interested parties
• The conduct of free initial consultations for needs analysis
• The planning and preparation of appointments for our strategy consultants
• The occasional visit to trade fairs, seminars and similar events for new customer acquisition

Qualifikation

Stellenanforderungen:

• A completed training is helpful but not necessary
• The ability to follow existing processes
• Fast comprehension and high discipline
• Strong communication skills and a keen sense of precision
• Good handling of performance pressure
• A calm, pleasant and attractive voice
• Clean and error-free written expression in German
• No knowledge of tax law is required
• Prior knowledge in the fields of sales, consulting or education is advantageous but not necessary

Benefits

Gehalt: 3.800 Euro per month (gross)
Further development and advancement opportunities are available over the next few years.

The onboarding phase typically lasts 2-4 months.
