You ensure that customers of HOLZPROFI24 and LEONDO have a reliable, positive experience. You take inquiries, clarify issues, and keep our service processes running smoothly. Your contribution: satisfied customers, clean processes, and genuine impact.
- Processing customer inquiries via email and phone
- Clarification of order and delivery status as well as complaints
- Coordination with Logistics, Procurement & Marketing for quick solutions
- Documented processing in our systems
- Support for continuous optimization of our service processes
Job Requirements
- Motivation for a career restart in the office – explicit welcome for career changers
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking

- Fundamental PC knowledge and willingness to learn new tools
