Tasks
- Editorial and organizational tasks as well as data maintenance
- Acquisition of authors and advertising clients
- Administration, support for tax consulting, master data maintenance, reporting
- Support for online shop / websites / social media
- Marketing, GEO / SEO / SEA optimizations
- Efficient creation and implementation of ads for PRINT and ONLINE, e.g., with Admagica.ai, Creatopy, AdCreative, Midjourney, Kittl, Let's Enhance, Canva Magic Studio, Adobe Firefly / Photoshop etc.
- Communication with business partners (German/English)
Qualifications

- Quick comprehension and ability to learn new topics and user programs motivated and independently
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
- Independent, self-motivated work style
- Routine experience with Office applications
- Careful, conscientious, and efficient work style
- 100% reliable, honest, and loyal
- Experience with CRM and website maintenance
