Join us on our digitalization journey as Customer Service (m/w/d) in full-time or part-time (all hour models), preferably also lateral entrants (m/w/d) for our headquarters in Stuttgart at the air freight center. You'll encounter: an intensive onboarding process, regular team meetings, and a dynamic work environment. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service. Your tasks will include: answering customer calls and emails, resolving customer complaints, and providing information on our services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to your supervisor. Our ideal candidate has: a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
