Tasks

You will look after existing business customers of a leading telecommunications company, analyze their current contracts, and advise them on suitable products for mobile, landline, internet, and fiber optic services.

• Telephone consultation for existing customers in the business customer sector
• Optimization of existing contracts and services through needs-based tariff models, current conditions, or modern devices
• Support for contract adjustments until successful implementation
• Clear and structured documentation of your customer contacts and results

The special thing: You will exclusively contact existing customers and support companies in making their telecommunications solutions future-proof and high-performance.

Qualifications

• An open, communicative personality that enjoys interacting with customers
• Fluent German language skills
• Confident use of PCs and modern communication tools
• Motivation and willingness to learn – we will get you up to speed and teach you everything you need for your success!
• Ideal for applicants (m/f/d) with experience in customer service, customer support, sales, retail, administrative work, office work, call center, retail, gastronomy, hotel industry, reception, or commercial activities.
