Tasks

• First point of contact for our customers personally on-site or by phone – You take inquiries, analyze needs, and find the right solution.
• Counseling and information about our products
• Documented and maintenance of customer data
• Proactive follow-up on open cases and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualification

• Outstanding communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with people.
• You're an organization talent and keep a cool head even in stressful moments.
• Solid German language skills in writing and speaking; C2 level advantageous
• You work independently, are reliable, and show high service orientation.
• You have your goals in sight
