Quereinsteiger im Vertrieb (w/m/d)

So sees your Team aus:

Together with your future colleagues, you advise our Kund*innen around the topic of Konsumentenkredite and fulfill their greatest Wünsche daily. At us, you can expect an open Kultur with flat Hierarchien, strong Teams, and enough space to bring yourself in. Your role at us

• You are the first point of contact for our Kund*innen and advise them telephonically and in writing during the Kreditvergleich
• You accompany your Kund*innen from the Erstkontakt to the Vertragsabschluss and support them throughout all phases
• With a thorough Bedarfsanalyse, you find out what our Kund*innen really need and help them find the optimal Kreditangebot
• You support our customers in fulfilling their Wünsche and do so without Kaltakquise, as all our customers actively provide their data to us
• Thanks to our modern Kommunikationstools and digital Abschlussmöglichkeiten of our partners, nothing stands in the way of an efficient Arbeitsalltag

You bring with you

• You have already gained first experience in Kund*innenkontakt (e.g. Vertrieb, Sales, Telesales or Verkauf)
• You are a Kommunikationstalent and convince through your open and professional Art am Telefon
• You stand out with a high reliability and an engaged Arbeitsweise
• You have Lust to develop yourself further, bring much Motivation with you, and want to start together with us
• You master German fluently in word and writing
• You ideally possess a completed kaufmännische Ausbildung
