Together with your future colleagues, you advise our customers around the topic of consumer credits and fulfill their greatest wishes every day. Your role with us

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and advise them by phone and in writing on credit comparison
• You accompany your customers from the initial contact to the contract conclusion and support them throughout all phases
• With a thorough needs analysis, you find out what our customers really need and help them find the optimal credit offer
• You support our customers in fulfilling their wishes and do so without cold calling, as all our customers actively provide us with their data
• Thanks to our modern communication tools and digital closing possibilities of our partners, nothing stands in the way of efficient working days

The brings you with

• You have already gained first experience in customer contact (e.g. sales, telesales or sales)
• You are a communication talent and convince through your open and professional manner on the phone
• You stand out with a high reliability and an engaged working style
• You have a desire to develop further, bring much motivation with you, and want to start together with us
• You master German fluently in writing and speaking
• You ideally possess a completed commercial training
