What Awaits You in Your Daily Work

On the Company Side

• You will contact companies, by phone and direct outreach, and make them aware of our digital recruiting solutions.
• You will identify their pain points in talent acquisition and propose a concrete solution.
• You will present your proposal and manage the conversation through to collaboration.

On the Applicant Side

• When the campaign is running, you will manage it independently – planning, monitoring, and adjusting.
• You will review incoming applications, conduct initial phone calls, and ensure that candidates feel well-treated.
• The project stays with you until the position is filled.

Your Toolbox

• You will document your contacts in the CRM, know the status of your projects at all times, and work towards measurable goals.
• You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Management and speak up if you notice anything that could be improved.
