What to Expect in Your Day-to-Day

On the Client Side

• You'll contact companies, by phone and direct outreach, and make them aware of our digital recruiting solutions.
• You'll identify their pain points in talent acquisition and propose a specific approach.
• You'll present your proposal and manage the conversation through to collaboration.

On the Applicant Side

• When a campaign is running, you'll manage it independently – planning, monitoring, and adjusting.
• You'll review incoming applications, conduct initial phone calls, and ensure candidates feel well-treated.
• The project remains with you until the position is filled.

Your Toolkit

• You'll document your contacts in the CRM, know where your projects stand at all times, and work towards measurable goals.
• You'll communicate closely with Marketing and Management and voice any suggestions for improvement.
