• Good German language skills in writing and speaking, as we only work with German-speaking customers

The remuneration is based on a commission basis. Your income will be determined by your personal effort, professional and sales development, and your individual success in the activity. A fixed basic salary is not provided.

If a year-end salary range is required on the platform, this serves only as a formal classification. The performance-oriented remuneration model on a commission basis is decisive.
