Nau mai, haere mai ki a Fulton Hogan | Join us at Fulton Hogan Due to an internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated senior leader to join our Canterbury Quarries team as a Divisional Manager. Alongside a team of experienced individuals, you’ll play a significant role in contributing to the regions overall integrated supply chain which is fundamental to Fulton Hogan’s business success. Mō te tūranga | About the role As the Quarries Divisional Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and managing a team of quarry operations managers, ensuring that our quarries operate efficiently and effectively, while also maintaining high levels of safety and environmental performance. You will work closely with other divisional managers to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives. Key responsibilities include: • Leading and managing a team of quarry operations managers • Developing and implementing quarry operational strategies and plans • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and community groups • Collaborating with other divisional managers to achieve business objectives • Identifying and mitigating risks to the business • Providing coaching and guidance to team members • Developing and managing budgets for quarry operations • Ensuring effective communication and reporting within the team and to senior management.
