QUANTUM SYSTEM ENGINEER

The resource will be responsible for analyzing and understanding customer and mission needs for quantum-based solutions (for example, detection, metrology) through feasibility studies, simulations, models, and laboratory prototypes. Requirements · Master's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, and/or Quantum Engineering · Experience in quantum optics and/or experimental photonics · Excellent knowledge of the English language; · Availability for travel in Italy and abroad (primarily in Europe and USA). · Knowledge of the fundamentals of quantum mechanics and quantum optics · Programming skills in at least two of the following languages: Matlab/C/C++/Python. · Proven experience in quantum technologies, including quantum detection.
