Job description
Must have:
- Significant experience leading PMO / programme office functions within complex, multi-workstream change in a regulated environment
- Strong governance, planning, RAID/dependency management, and executive reporting skills
- Strong financial management capability: forecasting, budget tracking, and change control discipline
- Advanced tooling and MI skills: JIRA/Confluence, reporting dashboards/analytics, strong Excel/PowerPoint discipline
- Confident stakeholder management with the ability to drive alignment without formal authority
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with quantum-safe / PQC programme concepts and their delivery implications (inventory, migration waves, vendor readiness, training)
- Experience supporting cyber, cryptography, or large-scale technology risk programmes
- Experience operating across global stakeholder groups and federated delivery structures
- Prior experience within a highly regulated financial institution
