Quantum Business Analyst

Business Analyst – Quantum Technologies Kraków - hybrid model - 6 days/month from the Client's office Join the team responsible for the implementation of a program related to quantum technology security. In this role, you will collaborate with experts from the fields of cybersecurity, architecture, engineering, and risk management, translating business requirements into concrete solutions supporting the program's implementation. We are looking for someone who can analyze complex processes, define requirements, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver solutions compliant with the highest quality and security standards. Scope of Responsibilities Analysis of business needs and collection and documentation of functional requirements for initiatives related to quantum technology security. Creation of User Stories, acceptance criteria, and definition of the scope of work according to Agile methodology. Collaboration with Product Owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to set priorities and plan execution. Analysis and design of business processes and identification of areas requiring improvement. Mapping of "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes and recommendation of optimizations. Definition of indicators, metrics, and requirements for reporting and monitoring program progress. Collaboration with teams responsible for reporting and data analysis in designing dashboards and management reports. Conducting workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and build a common approach to implemented initiatives. Backlog management, refinement of User Stories, and support for sprint preparation. Verification of delivered solutions for compliance with business requirements and management of requirement changes. Requirements Minimum several years of experience as a Business Analyst in the implementation of complex technological projects. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and conducting business workshops. Ability to create User Stories, acceptance criteria, and analytical documentation. Experience in business process modeling and analysis. Very good analytical skills and the ability to translate complex issues into concrete requirements. Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools. Very good command of English. Nice to have Experience in projects in the area of Cyber Security, Technology Risk, or IT Governance. Knowledge of issues related to Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) or quantum technology security. Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., banking, finance). Practice in designing reports, dashboards, and defining business indicators. Experience gained in large international organizations.
