Quantity Surveyor

Reporting to the designated Commercial Manager, the successful individual will be responsible for taking commercial leadership and oversight of projects with values between £10m and £40m. The Quantity Surveyor will oversee and administer all commercial elements of projects from the procurement stage through to final account, ensuring financial efficiency, contractual adherence, effective risk management, and positive supply chain relationships across the entire project lifecycle. Requirements: • Strong understanding of construction industry practices and procedures; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; • Experience working on projects with values between £10m and £40m.
