Quantity Surveyor

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in North Goa. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring project costs, and supporting cost planning throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include tracking budgets, preparing cost reports, validating contractor and vendor bills, and assisting in tender evaluation and contract administration. The role also involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
