Quantity Surveyor

RMS are working with a company who are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong knowledge of JCT Contracts and a background in managing large projects, ideally within a similar industry. Salary: Competitive salary of £45k-£50k (DOE) Location: Bridgwater Contract: Fixed Term (12 Months) About the Role: Working as a Quantity Surveyor responsibilities will include: Prepare and agree valuations with clients, ensuring payment terms are met; Manage and control project costs to ensure profitability; Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; Provide expert advice on contractual matters; Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
