Quantity Surveyor

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team based in Johannesburg, Cape Town, or Durban. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, valuations, and financial reporting across high-end luxury residential developments. Responsibilities: Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and project measurements Compile and maintain project cost estimates and budgets Evaluate subcontractor claims and payment applications Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring the successful delivery of high-end luxury residential developments.
