Quantity Surveyor

About the Role We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Executive who will be responsible for BOQ preparation, costing, and project coordination for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, estimation, and execution. They should also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and clients. Key responsibilities include: • Preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-out projects • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues • Coordinating with design teams to ensure accurate estimates and project timelines • Collaborating with contractors and suppliers to negotiate prices and resolve any discrepancies • Maintaining accurate records of project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment • Providing regular updates to clients on project status and budget performance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry. They should be familiar with industry-standard software such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
