Job description
A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys full project ownership, and wants to contribute to a business with a strong, secure workflow.
About the Role
You'll take responsibility for the full commercial lifecycle of multiple projects — from early estimating and tender submissions through to contract administration, variations, cost control, and final accounts. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and profitably, while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be joining a well-established company with a strong pipeline of confirmed work heading into 2026 and beyond. This is an opportunity to step into a role with genuine responsibility, autonomy, and long-term stability.
If you're a capable Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
