Job description
Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a passion for interiors and retail fit-out projects? Construction and Technical Recruitment are looking for an intermediate-level QS to join a dynamic and fast-paced construction team delivering high-quality commercial interiors and retail environments across the region.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and financial control from project inception to completion
- Preparing tender documents, BOQs, and procurement schedules
- Subcontractor management - sourcing, negotiating, and letting packages
- Monitoring project costs and progress, identifying and managing variations
- Working closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to deliver to budget and programme
- 3-5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within interior fit-out and/or retail construction
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in construction contracts (NZS3910/3915 or similar)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Work on exciting national brands and fast-paced interior projects
