Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) is seeking an ambitious and capable Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, family-run construction company. Specialising in high-quality interior fit-out projects, this role offers a mix of responsibility, variety, and work-life balance.
The Role
You’ll be running your own projects, pricing, managing contracts, and working closely with clients. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment where your skills and initiative will be valued from day one.

- A relevant construction qualification
- Strong measuring and contract admin skills
- Experience with NZ contracts and construction methods
- Ability to manage interior projects
- Confident communicator who can build strong client relationships
- Self-motivated, organised, and deadline-driven
