Quantity Surveyor

A well-established, multi-disciplinary construction firm is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in concrete structural works to join their growing team.

With over a decade of successful project delivery, this company is known for executing complex structural concrete works—from high-rise developments and commercial buildings to major civil infrastructure. They operate across public and private sectors, delivering turnkey solutions that merge engineering precision with construction excellence.

If you're a detail-oriented QS who thrives in a high-performance environment and is passionate about cost control and structural integrity, this is the role for you.

• Measure and value structural concrete work (formwork, reinforcement, concrete, etc.)

• Prepare interim valuations and manage final accounts

• Monitor and report on project budgets; provide strategic cost-control guidance

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and perform comparative analysis

• Work closely with engineers, site teams, and project managers

• Ensure contract compliance and handle variations or claims professionally

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in structural concrete projects

• Solid understanding of construction drawings and structural detailing

• Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software such as BuildSmart, CCS, or similar

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred)
