Quantity Surveyor
Job description
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a good understanding of construction works, specifically in roads and building projects, to join our client's team in Midrand. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects and make a significant impact in the industry.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost estimation, project budgeting, and financial management throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Your expertise in roads and building construction will be crucial in helping to assess project requirements, analyze costs, and provide recommendations that lead to successful project delivery.

Requirements:
- BSc or B-Tech Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent qualification
- Registration with professional body will be an advantageous
- Good understanding of construction works, Roads, Building and Demolition
- Legal Compliance and Construction regulations
- 5+ years’ experience in Construction Quantity Surveying / Roads / Dams
- NON Negotiable - CCS and Buildsmart System Experience
